The Bristol Folkhouse is a long established live music venue in the heart of Bristol’s vibrant Park Street. The music manager needed a way to deal with demos sent in by bands wishing to perform. Many demos ended up ignored due to the sheer number sent in.
We worked with music manger to provide a site that would solve the problem. The site we built allows bands to register and submit demos online. The task of listening to and rating the artists is then shared between the group of promoters who use the Folkhouse.
Now the promoters and music manager can instantly see reviews and comments made by people whose judgement they trust. The site also includes a personalised Content Recommendation Engine, which automatically recommends artists to promoters.
By the intelligent application of technology we have reduced the workload of the music manager, whilst also helping him to improve standards.
We produced a the DVD for a Friends of the Earth International (FOEI) campaign. We produced all graphic design elements used in the menus and extras.
The DVD featured multiple menus, extras, multilingual subtitles and advanced dvd scripting.

Analogweb have recently completed development work on vertigosdc.com Vertigo is a Sustainable Development Consultancy based here in Bristol UK. Analogweb were tasked with coding the site from designs supplied by Leap Media.
We worked to tight deadlines in order to complete the site for its September launch and have received excellent feedback from both the client and designers.
