Mitre, Hall & Letts

Mitre, Hall & Letts are an international home furnishings company that provide linens, textiles and other soft furnishings to some of the most prestigious hotels as well as all of the Royal Households.

Analogweb were approached to code the re-design of the original site whilst retaining the existing e-commerce functionality. This was a challenging project but we were able to complete the re-design in time for the New Year relaunch of the Mitre, Hall & Letts brand.

The Whiteroom

The Whiteroom is a teeth whitening company with an aggressive business plan to expand across the UK and Ireland.

Analogweb were approached to code the website using W3C standards comliant code.

It includes various flash elements and some slick design touches.

Mor Design

Mor Design produce Public art installations, landscape architecture and garden design from their base in Falmouth , Cornwall. They already had a fantastic looking site but approached analogweb with a view to improving their search engine rankings.

Analogweb researched Mor's web presence and most popular searches in order to optimise their sites traffic. We also, streamlined the code on all of the sites pages and included a site map. We then looked at each page in relation to keywords and set up an analytics account to monitor progress.

The results so far have been excellent with Mor significantly improving their web presence in key areas.

The Olive

The Olive is a family orientated restaurant based in St.Austell, Cornwall and specialising in Mediterranean cuisine.

Analogweb were approached to code the site from initial designs supplied by Leap Media.

The site itself utilises some large flash elements coupled with text to convey the restaurants orgainic, fairtrade and sustainable ethos.

Explorer Marine Australia

Explorer Marine Australia are the exclusive dealer for the Marlow Explorer range of luxury motor yachts in Australia and New Zealand.

The website had to look great but still had to load quickly. Potential customers might view the site from their own boats and marine internet connections are still typically slower than a normal broadband connection.

For this reason we decided to stay away from a purely Flash based site, instead using well coded xhtml/css to provide a site which loads almost immediately. We added a level of interactivity and slickness by utilizing ajax-style effects.

One of the main aims of the new 2007 site was to showcase the new photography that had been commissioned. Each page features 4 photographs, one at a large size, and 3 smaller thumbnail images.

We produced an application which would load a thumbnail image into main image area when clicked. This enables site users to view the photography without the distraction or wait-times of navigating to a new page.
